Modular Lifting Dock Jig Design
Modular lifting dock jig capable of supporting vessels with a distributed load of 35 t/m or up to 280 t per jig.
The modular configuration provides flexibility for vessels with varying hull lines and dimensions through adjustable joints — enabling accurate alignment and adaptation. Structural strength and integrity were verified in accordance with both onshore and offshore design standards (Eurocode, Lloyd's Register, etc.) using Finite Element Analysis.
Scope of Work
Coordinated and supervised multiple critical mechanical and marine systems refurbishment activities, including:
- Concept design
- Approval drawings
- Detailed manufacturing drawings
- Structural strength analysis (FEA)
- Adjustable-joint modular configuration
- Verification to Eurocode + Lloyd's Register
Our Approach
HYDRUS Engineering executed the concept design, approval drawings, detailed manufacturing drawings and structural strength analysis (FEA) — verifying integrity against both onshore and offshore design standards (Eurocode, Lloyd's Register).
